澳洲重新开放后的最新入境要求和各州隔离规定汇总？

前几天我们分享了2021年12月15号起澳大利亚边境松绑对哪些人开放?  在今天2022年2月21日，时隔将近2年，澳洲终于重开国门！我们将继续更新一下，从2022年2月21日起入境澳大利亚，有哪些要求？

谁能获准入境澳大利亚？

从2022和2月21号之日起，所有已接种疫苗的签证持有人都可以前往澳大利亚，而无需申请旅行豁免。这包括过桥签证B、访客签证和任何其他允许前往澳大利亚的签证类型。

未完全接种疫苗的签证持有者须根据自身情况申请豁免资格，否则无法入境！

在过去14天有以下这些国家旅行史的任何其他旅客，即使他们持有旅行豁免、合格签证或根据“Safe Travel Zone”安排申请进入澳大利亚的，均不允许入境澳大利亚。 这里的其他旅客是指 澳大利亚公民、永久居民或其直系亲属 以外的人。

* 有南非、莱索托、斯瓦蒂尼、纳米比亚、博茨瓦纳、津巴布韦、莫桑比克或马拉维旅行史的旅客*

国际访客还将受到抵达人数上限和各州或领地隔离要求的限制。

入境澳大利亚需要准备哪些文件?

1. 旅行文件（护照等）
2. 有效的签证（任何类型）
3. 符合要求的疫苗接种证书   
4. 登即前72小时内递交 Digital Passenger Declaration, 可在起飞前7天就开始准备，起飞前3天内递交
5. 阴性证明：以下三种阴性证明 ，任选一种

• 登机前72小时内的COVID-19 (PCR) 检测，阴性证明，或者 
• 登机前72小时内进行的核酸扩增检测（NAAT）， 阴性证明，或者 
• 登机前24小时内的快速抗原检测（RAT）， 阴性证明，该快速抗原检测（RAT）须在医疗监督下进行。

什么是符合要求的疫苗接种证书？

其实入境澳州主要审查的是来访者接种的疫苗是否属于澳大利亚医疗用品管理局 （TGA）批准范围内， 同时不管来访者来自于哪个国家，只要是疫苗接种证书是英文书写或者附有经认证的英文翻译均可。纸制或电子疫苗接种证书都接受。疫苗接种证书 翻译文件要包含四个关键点：

1. 疫苗接种证书上的名字须与护照上的一致
2. 疫苗接种证书上要有接种者的生日和护照号码信息
3. 接种的每个疫苗的品牌
4. 接种的每一针剂的日期或者完成整个免疫过程的日期

完成整个免役过程的日期是指至自最后一剂疫苗起必须经过 7 天。澳大利亚联邦政府将完全接种定义为两剂疫苗，不要求国际访客打加强针。

你接种的疫苗是否获得澳洲TGA 认可呢？

澳大利亚医疗用品管理局TGA 承认的新冠疫苗，其中 需要打2针的新冠疫苗如下（混合接种也可以）

• AstraZeneca Vaxzevria （阿斯利康 Vaxzevria）
• AstraZeneca Covishield （阿斯利康 Covishield）
• Pfizer/Biontech Comirnaty（辉瑞）
• Moderna Spikevax or Takeda （莫德纳 Spikevax/Takeda )
• Sinovac Coronavac (科兴)
• Bharat Biotech Covaxin (巴拉特生物技术公司 Covaxin）
• Sinopharm BBIBP-CorV (国药集团 BBIBP-CorV，用于抵达澳大利亚时年龄不到60岁者）Gamaleya Research Institute Sputnik V（Gamaleya 研究所的 Sputnik V）
• Novavax/Biocelect Nuvaxovid （诺瓦瓦克斯 Biocelect Nuvaxovid）

出发14天前须完成1针剂的认可疫苗如下：

• Johnson & Johnson/ Janssen-Cilag COVID Vaccine.（强生公司 Janssen-Cilag）

还有一类人不需要接种证书，12岁以下的儿童将被视为拥有疫苗完整接种证书，机场入境时以护照为证，对于12-17岁之间的青少年，目前澳洲官网表示须遵从抵达州领地的法律规定，为避免引起不必要的麻烦，建议获得要求的接种证书再出发，如果实在有特殊情况，请点此处查询官方说明。

部分疫苗接种证书只显示疫苗品牌的缩写， 特别需要注意的是 Sinopharm BBIBP-CorV 疫苗名字缩写的特别规定。

入境澳洲的检疫隔离要求有哪些？

你的COVID-19 疫苗接种状态将影响你前往澳大利亚后的隔离， 澳洲不同的州或领地对于隔离的要求不同，因此，除了要遵守澳洲联邦政府的入境要求外，出发前查看目的地州或领地对于检疫和隔离的要求非常必要。

新州的检疫隔离要求（悉尼入境看这里👀）

获得旅行许可的18岁以上的未接种COVID-19 疫苗者，他们必须在抵达新州后接受强制性的酒店隔离7天。

18岁以下的未接种COVID-19 疫苗者，隔离要求与以下全疫苗接种者的隔离要求相同。

完成全疫苗的接种者：

抵达新州后必须直接去往住处， 开始居家隔离，不得去其他地方，并全程佩戴口罩

抵达新州后24小时内要进行快速抗原检测（RAT）

继续自我隔离直到获得阴性检测结果，居家隔离结束

*注意： 

第六天，必须再次进行快速抗原检测（RAT）

抵达新州后7天内或直到Day 6的 RAT阴性结果出来之前，都不得去往任何高风险地区！

幼儿园，托儿所，小学，老年护理院、医疗保健所、残疾护理中心和惩教中心，医院等均属于高风险地区！

维州的检疫隔离要求（墨尔本入境看这里👀）

18岁以上的未接种COVID-19 疫苗者，必须在抵达维州后接受强制性的酒店隔离7天

12岁零2个月至18岁之间的未接种COVID-19 疫苗者，必须自我隔离7天，私人住所和 酒店均可，但是不能是与他人共享房间，厕所，浴室，厨房，洗衣房等设施。同时抵达维州后24小时内要进行快速抗原检测（RAT）或者PCR检测，即使检测结果是阴性，仍须继续隔离满7天。

完成全疫苗的接种者：

抵达维州后必须直接去往住处， 开始居家隔离，不得去其他地方，并全程佩戴口罩

抵达维州后24小时内要进行快速抗原检测（RAT）或者PCR检测

继续自我隔离直到获得阴性检测结果，居家隔离结束

*注意：

抵达维州7天内, 如果当局需要你出示ID，PCR检测结果等证据，则需要配合

昆州的检疫隔离要求（布里斯班入境看这里👀）

未接种COVID-19 疫苗者，必须在抵达昆州后在政府指定的住所接受14天强制性的隔离，隔离费须在收到账单的30天内支付，隔离费包含住宿费，餐费和服务费。  1人单间隔离费： $3,220澳币，双人间隔离费： $4,130澳币， 家庭房隔离费：$5,040澳币。

完成全疫苗的接种者：

抵达昆州后必须直接去往住处， 开始居家隔离，不得去其他地方，并全程佩戴口罩

抵达昆州后24小时内要进行快速抗原检测（RAT）或者PCR检测

继续自我隔离直到获得阴性检测结果，居家隔离结束

南澳的检疫隔离要求（阿德莱德入境看这里👀）

18岁以上的未接种COVID-19 疫苗者，他们必须在抵达南澳后在家或者医疗酒店（视情况而定）隔离14天　

抵达南澳后24小时内要进行快速抗原检测（RAT）

抵达南澳后的第６天要进行快速抗原检测（RAT）
抵达南澳后的第１３天要进行快速抗原检测（RAT）

*注意：

抵达南澳后的１４天内都要检查和记录症状

１２岁到１７岁之间的旅行者，若无完全疫苗接种的监护人陪同，执行以上未接种者的隔离要求

完成全疫苗的接种者：

抵达南澳后必须直接去往住处， 开始居家隔离

抵达南澳后24小时内要进行PCR检测

继续自我隔离直到获得阴性检测结果，居家隔离结束

*注意：

抵达南澳后７天内,　都不得去往任何高风险地区！

幼儿园，托儿所，小学，老年护理院、医疗保健所、残疾护理中心和惩教中心，医院等均属于高风险地区！

１２岁２个月以下的未接种COVID-19 疫苗者，执行全疫苗接种者的隔离要求

西澳的检疫隔离要求（珀斯入境看这里👀）

西澳开放的日期：2022年３月３号，周四
抵达西澳后必须直接去往有符合要求的隔离住所， 开始自我隔离，并全程佩戴口罩
注册Ｇ２Ｇ　Ｐａｓｓ,　点击此处可下载,　警察会根据情况检查的。

除了以上几点，同时：

全疫苗接种者，有符合要求的隔离住所：

抵达西澳后必须直接去往隔离住处， 开始自我隔离７天

抵达西澳后24小时内要进行PCR检测或者RAT检测

抵达西澳后第６天要进行PCR检测或者第７天进行快速抗原检测（RAT）

继续自我隔离直到完成７天自我隔离且获得阴性检测结果，隔离结束

打了Ｂｏｏｓｔｅｒ的全疫苗接种者，未有符合要求的隔离住所：

抵达西澳后必须直接去往隔离酒店（费用自付）， 开始自我隔离７天

抵达西澳后24小时内要进行PCR检测或者RAT检测

抵达西澳后第６天要进行PCR检测或者第７天进行快速抗原检测（RAT）

继续自我隔离直到完成７天自我隔离且获得阴性检测结果，隔离结束

未接种COVID-19 疫苗者：

抵达西澳后必须直接去往隔离酒店（费用自负）， 开始自我隔离１４天

抵达西澳后24小时内要进行PCR检测或者RAT检测

抵达西澳后第６天要进行PCR检测或者第７天进行快速抗原检测（RAT）

继续自我隔离直到完成１４天自我隔离且获得阴性检测结果，隔离结束

什么是符合要求的隔离住所？

拥有单独的房间，厕所，浴室，厨房，洗衣房等，且不与其他人共享住所里的设施

隔离住所附近要有PCR检测中心，方便完成要求的检测

食物和药品只能通过ｄｅｌｉｖｅｒｙ获得，隔离期间不得与他人接触

你的隔离住所通常距离机场不可以超过６００ｋｇ的距离

*注意：

有西澳规定的符合要求的隔离住所非常必要，否则可能被拒绝入境！

隔离完成之后，要在西澳生活，进店check-ins需要Ｇ２Ｇ　ＮＯＷ，可以这里下载。

塔斯曼尼亚州的检疫隔离要求（霍巴特入境看这里👀）

从２０２２年２月２６日，周六起，　全疫苗接种者进入塔斯曼尼亚州，只须遵守澳大利亚联邦政府入境要求，没有其他隔离要求，未接种 COVID-19 疫苗的人除非获得批准，否则不能进入塔斯马尼亚，包括塔斯马尼亚居民。

北领地的检疫隔离要求（达尔文入境看这里👀）

旅行者进入北领地，只须遵守澳大利亚联邦政府入境要求，没有其他隔离要求，

首都特区ＡＣＴ检疫隔离要求（坎培拉入境看这里👀）

入境澳洲后７天内抵达坎培拉的全疫苗接种者：

抵达ＡＣＴ后必须直接去往住处， 开始居家隔离

抵达ＡＣＴ后24小时内要进行PCR检测或者RAT检测

继续自我隔离直到获得阴性检测结果，居家隔离结束

*注意：

抵达澳洲后１４天内,　都不得去往任何高风险地区！

幼儿园，托儿所，小学，老年护理院、医疗保健所、残疾护理中心和惩教中心，医院等均属于高风险地区！

18岁以上的未接种COVID-19 疫苗者，如果想要在ＡＣＴ隔离：

他必须通过电子邮箱：COVID.Exemptions@act.gov.au　向ＡＣＴ健康部门申请豁免

１２岁２个月－１７岁的未接种COVID-19 疫苗者：

必须在抵达ＡＣＴ三天前通知ＡＣＴ健康部门，且须完成７天居家隔离

抵达澳洲后24小时内要进行PCR检测或者RAT检测

抵达澳洲后第六天要进行PCR检测或者RAT检测

继续自我隔离没满７天直到获得阴性检测结果，居家隔离结束

*注意：

抵达澳洲后１４天内,　都不得去往任何高风险地区！

幼儿园，托儿所，小学，老年护理院、医疗保健所、残疾护理中心和惩教中心，医院等均属于高风险地区！

除了必要的文件外，疫情出行，还有哪些东西是要提前准备的？
